Coaching Sessions:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
• Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated
• Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable
  

Refunds

• Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked
• This reflects the time, preparation, and space held for you

Freelance & Systems Support:

Project-based or time-based work

• Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable
• If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment covers time already spent
• Any scope, timelines, or deliverables will be clearly agreed in advance

Digital Products (if applicable):

Due to the nature of digital content:

• All digital purchases are non-refundable
• No exchanges or returns are available once access has been granted
