Coaching Sessions:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice
- Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated
- Missed sessions or late cancellations are non-refundable
Refunds
- Coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked
- This reflects the time, preparation, and space held for you
Freelance & Systems Support:
Project-based or time-based work
- Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable
- If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment covers time already spent
- Any scope, timelines, or deliverables will be clearly agreed in advance
Digital Products (if applicable):
Due to the nature of digital content:
- All digital purchases are non-refundable
- No exchanges or returns are available once access has been granted
