• Cancel a service if there is a genuine reason to do so (a full refund will be provided if this happens before delivery)

Pricing & changes

• All prices are listed clearly at the time of purchase
• Prices may change at any time, but you will always pay the price shown at checkout
• If a pricing error occurs, I reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund

Communication & response times

I aim to respond to emails and enquiries within business hours (Monday–Friday).
This is a small, human-run business - responses may not be instant, but they will be thoughtful.

All content on this website - including text, images, resources, frameworks, and session materials - is my intellectual property.
