- Coaching sessions are delivered online at the date and time booked
- Freelance / systems support is delivered digitally via email or agreed platforms
- Digital resources (if applicable) are delivered via download or email
Any delivery timelines or session details will always be clearly outlined on the relevant product or service page.
Because nothing is physically shipped:
- There are no shipping fees
- There are no delivery addresses required
- There are no tracking numbers
