This is long-term, one-to-one mindset coaching for women with busy, ADHD-ish brains who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly exhausted - in business, in life, or both.
This is for you if:
- You feel like you’re always behind, no matter how much you do
- You know what should help, but can’t seem to stick to anything
- You’re tired of coping and want something more sustainable
- You want support that’s calm, honest, and human
- You don’t need fixing - you need space, clarity, and trust in yourself again

- untangling old beliefs and pressure

We go gently. And we go deep.
How it works (structure):
Over 16 weeks, we work together in a steady, supportive rhythm:
90-minute Welcome Session
We slow everything down, get clear on what’s actually going on for you, and set intentions that feel realistic and kind.
6 × 60-minute Coaching Sessions
These sessions are shaped around you. We might work on boundaries, confidence, identity, decision-making, shame, burnout, or simply creating more calm in your day-to-day life.
90-minute Closing Session
We reflect, integrate, and anchor what’s shifted - so you don’t lose yourself again once the container ends.
Sessions are spaced to allow real life to happen in between. No rushing. No pressure to perform.
