This is a 3-hour, one-to-one life or business reset session for women with busy, neurodivergent brains who know what they need to do - but can’t get themselves to start.

You can use this session for business support, personal support, or a blend of both.

If you’re stuck in avoidance, feeling overwhelmed, or stuck at the starting line with something that feels too big to face, this session offers a calm, supportive space to ease back in - without pressure, shame, or productivity 'hacks'. You don’t have to face it alone anymore.

This is a digital service. No physical product will be shipped.

This session is for you if:

  • You’re stuck in avoidance or “nope mode”
  • You feel overwhelmed, mentally cluttered, or frozen at the starting line
  • You know what needs doing, but can't initiate it by yourself
  • You want calm, side-by-side support - not pressure or fixing
  • You need help getting started, not another plan you won’t use
  • You're tired of trying to push through on your own

What you can use this session for:

We’ll focus on one main area that feels most stuck right now.

That might look like:

Business support

  • admin, money, or inbox overwhelm
  • planning, promotion, or systems
  • tasks you’ve been avoiding in your business

Personal support

  • life admin you’ve been putting off
  • big decisions or transitions
  • boundaries, overwhelm, or “where do I even start?” moments
  • untangling mental clutter that’s spilling into everything

You don’t need to decide in advance - we’ll work with what’s most present for you.


What happens in the session:

Over three focused, supportive hours, we’ll:

  • slow things down so your nervous system can settle
  • untangle what’s actually going on beneath the overwhelm
  • break things into ADHD-safe, doable steps
  • work side-by-side so you’re not doing this alone
  • create simple, calm structure you can return to

This session is about getting started, not fixing everything.
